To donate to the Tina Collyer Memorial EMT Scholarship, Tina's Heart, go to http://www.valencia.org. Once you are there, click on ">>>GIVE NOW Make a Donation" in the middle of the page on the right side. Enter your personal information, and then click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. In the Designation drop-down box, select "Tina Collyer Memorial EMT Scholarship, Tina's Heart," then enter your credit card information, and click on Proceed to Verification. You can also set up a recurring donation by printing out and faxing the following form: http://www.valencia.org/documents/CreditCardForm.pdf. You can then fax the form to the Valencia Foundation at 407-582-3156 or send it to:
